الوصف الوظيفي

The Company offers the Pre-sales Consultant a challenging opportunity of joining an existing pre-sales team for Electronic Document Management (EDM) and Business Process Management (BPM) solutions. The Pre-sales Consultant will report directly to Pre-sales Manager.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Providing presales support including product demonstration, and helping the sales executives close business deals and obtain the revenue target.
Identifying and defining the prospect's business requirements, needs, and objectives. Proposing available solutions, and translating those into presentation material that can be used to profile the company's range of solutions to prospective and current customers.
Preparing Proposal and answering RFP/requirements documents.
Preparing Proof of Concepts.
Designing solution architecture.
Addressing inquiries concerning system software and applications and provides valuable suggestions to the prospects.
Providing further clarification to the prospect through follow-up phone calls, and additional demonstrations.
Regional Travel is required

المهارات

The candidate must have as minimum the followings:

6 years of experience with minimum 3 years working experience in a similar role and preferably in business applications.
Sound technical knowledge of functional specifications of IT solutions.
Able to use a mix of solutions knowledge, competitive strengths and weaknesses and an understanding of client requirements to maximize sales opportunities
Excellent writing skills are mandatory with Experience in technical and financial proposal writing.
Excellent presentation skills for Business and technical audiences is a must.
Creative and Solution finder thinking approach.
Manage and maintain a successful relationship with Sales and Professional Services colleagues
Languages: excellent command of English (writing, conversation, presentation)
Prior Knowledge in EDM/ECM or BPM is a plus.

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

* Networking:
- Build internal and external networks (Fiber Optics).
- Download operating systems on computers, and perform maintenance for computers and networks.
- Implement & maintain (IP Telephoning technique) in telephone switchboards for the purpose of connecting different sites.
- Create & maintain servers backup, monitor the servers' files & delete the unnecessary files.

* Information Security:
- Update and improve systems' security through:
- Assure the information privacy by controlling the logs on firewall and servers.
- protect the e-mail against (SPAM) and assure periodic follow up on any occurred problem.
- Monitor the internet & block the unnecessary websites.
- Establish (VPN) connections.
